Saunas
A backyard sauna is one of the most effective wellness investments you can make — combining genuine therapeutic benefits with a private retreat that’s accessible every single day. At Daily View Pools, we’ve supplied and installed saunas, luxury saunas, and complete sauna installation packages for homeowners across Charlotte, Greensboro, NC, Fort Mill, SC and surrounding areas for over a decade.
Whether positioned poolside as part of a complete wellness environment or installed as a standalone garden structure, a sauna from Daily View Pools is designed and built by our in-house team to perform beautifully and last for decades.
Types of Saunas
We offer a comprehensive range of sauna types to suit every preference, wellness goal, and backyard environment:
- Traditional Finnish-style wood-burning saunas: Authentic, intense heat powered by a wood-burning kiuas (stove). The original sauna experience.
- Traditional Finnish-style electric saunas: The same high-temperature, high-humidity experience with the convenience of electric heating and precise temperature control.
- Infrared saunas: Lower ambient temperature, deeper penetrating heat that warms the body directly. Highly effective for muscle recovery and detoxification.
- Steam saunas: A humid, lower-temperature environment ideal for respiratory wellness and skin health.
- Hybrid saunas: Combining infrared and traditional heat elements for maximum flexibility.
Our team will guide you through the differences and help you choose the right sauna type for your body, your goals, and your outdoor space.
Benefits of a Sauna
Why have a sauna? The benefits of a sauna are extensive and well-documented. Regular sauna use supports cardiovascular health, accelerates muscle recovery, promotes deep relaxation, improves sleep quality, aids detoxification through perspiration, and reduces chronic stress. For athletes, a sauna is a serious recovery tool. For everyone else, it’s simply one of life’s great pleasures.
A home sauna from Daily View Pools means these benefits are available on your schedule — no gym membership, no shared space, no waiting. Just step outside and into your own private wellness retreat.
